Labor Day Holiday
Town of Exeter employees will be observing the Labor Day Holiday on Monday, September 6, 2010. All town offices will be closed. Trash/recycle pick-up will be one day late all week. For more information call the Public Works Dept. at 773-6157.
OPEN SPACE COMMITTEE
The Open Space Committee is a seven member committee created for the purpose of preserving land and open space in the Town of Exeter. The Committee is appointed by the Board of Selectmen and is recognized as reporting to the Conservation Commission. The Committee provides recommendations to the Conservation Commission and the Board of Selectmen in accordance with the goals of the Conservation Commission relative to land acquisition and open space, and in line with the goals and priorities of the Open Space Chapter of the Town Master Plan and the provisions of RSA 36-A:2.
Correspondence and inquiries for the Open Space Committee can be sent to the Town of Exeter Planning & Building Department which is open Monday through Friday, 8:00AM til 4:30PM. The office is located on the 2nd Floor of the Town Office Building and can be reached at 603-773-6112.
