EXTV Public Access Channel 98 is a community access station for Exeter residents who provide local origination programming or sponsor programming.
EXTV-P will play content for qualifying entities. Please read the Public Access and Bulletin Board Policy for EXTV Channel 98 before submitting content for public access. Download the Public Access and Bulletin Board Policy for EXTV here.
EXTV-P requires a signed contract for each program submittal before we will broadcast your content. Residents who submit programming are responsible for the content. The Town of Exeter does not endorse and is not affiliated with any content broadcast on the public access channel. Download the current Public Access Contract here.
Programming must be accompanied by use form. Download the Public Access Use form here.
We require that you submit DVD media, no more than one title per disc. We can also accept straight MPEG and MP2 files. Tapes are not accepted. If your production is in any other format then you will have to make arrangements with EXTV-P to digitize your content.
